Default Audi A8L 2013 Fail to Lift

I purchased an Audi A8L 2013 and it was trucked to my residence in the tow mode. The car is sitting low to the ground. How do I put the car into the lift mode. Instruction please?.

MMI Car button - vehicle settings - you can raise the suspension and turn off jack mode from here. Assuming it was even on.

I was able to turn off the tow mode but the system is not allowing me to enter the lift mode. Its saying that option is not available.

Jack mode is off right? Jack and tow are not the same. The system might need to be initialized with VCDS and / or a visit to the dealer. You could also try pulling the negative on the battery for a few min and see if this resets the system. The battery is under the spare in the trunk.

Ops. Forgot to say thanks for the assistance. Resetting the VCDS resolved the issue.
