RS5 has limited options
It seems to me the options for the RS5 are limited. No Magma Red interior; No Ibis white option; can get front ceramic brakes but not the rears WTF? This is disappointing and makes me glad I didn't wait to get the RS5 when shopping for my new ride. I think other than the extra HP the RS has little over the S5

Honestly, if I were in your shoes, go do an Audi Exclusive Exterior and Interior if you really want Ibis White and Magma Red. No problem. What's a few thousand dollars more on an already expensive car like the RS5?
If you can only afford to go AE on the interior, then have the exterior wrapped to the color of your choice.
Missing rear ceramic brakes, just go aftermarket and spend a bit less compared to factory brakes (if they were offered). Or, just go aftermarket ceramics all the way and same some $$.

I very much so agree....there is a lot of performance hear but severely lacking on color choices and substance to make you really crave this car. It used to be the sporty, performance models were easily recognizable and offered so many visual upgrades you just had to get it. Now the RS cars have such subtle changes it's hard to tell the difference from a distance, and I'm so over all-black interiors I could barf. Magma Red might not be for everyone, but it's bold and exciting....isn't that what this car is supposed to be? Give us colors and interiors to match. It's ridiculous to not have more interior choices, or required you to spend a 10% premium just to special order an interior color and then have the privilege of waiting 9 months to receive it. They may have performance in spades, but as an enthusiast the last round of RS cars leaves me severely wondering if they are visually compelling or special enough to merit their price. I struggle to see the value (and my demographic is supposed to be the RS car's target!).

I was on the RS5 configurator today and noticed Silver Leather option, would this be akin to Porsche Linen or lean more toward Rotor Gray leather offered on the S5? It is hard to tell what the Silver Leather looks like because of the pictures Audi uses.

Not that I'm the market for an RS5, but if I was I would be pretty disappointed with these option choices and how some of them are bundled. I spec'ed out Rotor Grey Alcantara on my S5 and that's not even an option on the RS5. That alone would be close to a deal breaker for me considering how close the RS and the S really are in overall look and performance.

One does not really need ceramic brakes in the rear. All of the braking is happening in the front. This is how cars with front engines are brake balanced.
