I saw my first Model 3 yesterday
hmm... well one thing is for sure, I sure am glad I decided to go with the S5 SB. Damn, that model 3 was not as good looking in person as it is in pictures. Seems to me Tesla's marketing had to work hard on that one.
NO REGRETS, still love this car.

Most I see I don't care for and agree, and ive probably seen 20 around San Diego. My coworker got a fully loaded white one at it actually looks pretty good in white. Drives fine, I thought the ride was fairly sporty and acceleration good but just not the car for me. I think both are good cars but just so different in ownership experience. Love the looks, interior, practicality, and AWE exhaust sound 😀👍 of my S5 SB way more!

I have seen a few in the Bay Area and they are hideous
If Audi comes out with a a5 sb etron that would be awesome
Tesla may be bankrupt by 2020 look at al the completion coming from the German automakers
I love my SB also

Was in western Sweden recently (south of Oslo) and saw an amazing number of Tesla's on the road. Electricity in Sweden must be cheaper than diesel fuel or gasoline.

Tesla is in big trouble. They just laid off 3600 people, spent $1 Billion dollars the first half of this year and need to build 5000 cars a week to the end of the year.

I've seen about five so far and agree that it is not good looking in person. The best way I can describe it is as an ugly Mazda 3.

My co-worker got his a few weeks ago, let me have a go in it.
It's got lots o torque, and gets up and going quick, I'll give it that. The interior is just not for me, the MMI and layout of the controls on the Sportbacks so much more intuitive and pleasing then the iPad on the model 3. Simple things like wipers and seat heaters and such shouldn't be multiple taps away.
I'll wait until tesla fails and sells/licenses their drivetrain/battery tech to a company that knows how to build actual cars.
