Should have said VCDS adaptations of 5F would be very helpful too.

There are no massaging seats in any of the A5 models (as far as I've seen) - only heating and ventilation.

Are they an option on non-US B9s?

Yes the S5 and RS5 have super sports seats with air powered bolsters, lumbar with MMI option screen that also has seat massage settings.

We often get options left out here in the US models. Would be nice to have across the lineup.

So strange What Audi thinks it’s customers want, simple answer we should all be able to choose any option we want, here in the uk no home link option because electric gates and garage doors are illegal in our country 😄

The US RS5 definitely has them, they're standard.
  • Twelve-way front S sport seats, including four-way power lumbar , thigh support, pneumatic side bolsters, and massage function for driver and passenger

I think the mention of "A5" above is confusing things. S-Sport seats are standard in the S4/S5/RS5 (at least in NA), but I don't think they're available in the A4/A5, even with S-Line. The Audi site just says this for the Sport Seats:

Front sport seats with 4-way power lumbar
