Anyone know what’s a reasonable discount from MSRP on new 2019 SQ5 Prestige that I want to to order ?
Jusf returned from dealer ( Audi Queens ) who quoted me this ( but I have yet to haggle )

52,400 base
995 destination
595 metallic color
9700 prestige package
600 black optic
3000 S - sport package
1150 dynamic steering
1000 fine Napa leather
500 carbon inlays
900 trailer hitch
115 wheel locks

70,955 total

anyone know what discounts if any I can anticipate in NYC , Long Island area ?

Join the Audi Club of North America and get the group discount price.

I leased my 2018 sq5 for about 10% off sticker plus rebates about a month ago from the same dealer. They had the best deal that I could find on an 18. A 19 might be a little different since its the new model year. I was told 6% off MSRP from another dealership on Long Island if I wanted to order one. I never asked Queens about a 19 since they had an identical 18 that had just come in and I took that instead.

Audi club is 6% and Audi suppliers program is also 6%. That should be your best number

If I join Audi club , I get 6% rebate from the price I negotiate with dealer ?

I believe that it has to be a "participating" dealer.

its not an automatic
tons of dealers do not participate and it also does not need to apply to a build to order spec

no
if the dealer participates, and there is no obligation for them to do so, it’s 6% off MSRP. You forgo the negotiations in lieu of presenting your membership credentials

Why would you get an additional 6% above what you negotiate? That doesn't even make sense. Never heard of anything like that.
