Went to my local Audi dealer to inquire about purchasing an extended warranty and wanted to find out how how much people are paying for them and where is the best place to purchase one. I was looking and 50K mile Platinum and was quoted $3,900 for Platinum 10K miles $1,900. I have a lease but I will be at 50K miles before lease is up and I am worried something will happen and will not be covered. Thanks

I couldn't even get a return phone call from the dealers in the Hartford area, even though I said I was ready to buy. Audi Pure Protection warranty was important to me. Spoke with Neil Brenner @ Audi Indianapolis 317-848-3279 direct line. Straight shooter, laid out all the options. For me (2015 A8L 4.0T CPO) his pricing blew away FD-Warranty. Did all paperwork over the phone, I now have 7 years unlimited miles, zero deductible. Very happy!

Extended warranty like car buying are negotiable and different prices at different dealers.

Cost was about $4,100 on my 2015 CPO A8L 4.0T ...7 years with unlimited miles, zero deductible. I put a lot of miles on (about 25k+) each year, so the mileage portion is key . Comparable quotes from FD Warranty were $4,700 to $6,800 depending on the mileage limit , and had a $250 deductible. YMMV depending on your vehicle etc. Be sure to tell him you got his name from the Audi forum, for best pricing 😎

Mine was $250 deductible which is just say hello is 250 bucks,lol. 72 months/60000 miles for $2100. The mileage won't come into play as I don't put a lot on.
