According to Hartmann, they fit Audi C7 S7: 2013-present (19" ET25, 20" ET29)

Sorry for my ignorant questions but I heard that some size does not work depending on the original size of the wheel that car came with. If this is true, I want to make sure that your wheel will work with my car that came with 21 in wheel? Also, any idea what the shipping cost would be to Virginia?

This wheel is available in may sizes / offsets and (19" ET25, 20" ET29) simply lists which one will fit the S7. It doesn't refer to the original wheel size. But if you want to be sure, send Hartmann an email.
