Hopefully a simple answer for water in trunk
I do wash my car often as I purchased an unlimited car wash option at the local wash facility. Twice now I have had to pull the spare tire and vacuum out standing water. I do know where the weep hole is. Can someone direct please? 2008 A6 Quattro.

Stop using under carriage wash. Those are high pressure sprayers and will blow water through any crevice, and around those rubber drain plugs.

That is not the correct solution, but my guess is that there's another issue like a clogged drain. If a round sealing gasket is missing in the spare tire well it should really help evaporate out any water that gets in there from another issue.

The rear sunroof drain runs down the "C" pillar and into the rear wheel well on the forward side under the liner. Your leak sounds different, but IDK. It is hard for me to visualize the undercarriage wash as your issue, the jets are just not in anyone spot that long.
