Default Replace tensioners with belts 2019 Q7?

We have a 2019 Q7 Premium Plus with the 3.0 V6 with 88k miles. We recently had the vehicle at the dealer for an air bag recall. They recommended replacing the drive belts. Should I replace the tensioners and pulleys at the same time or is that even necessary?

The belts do have replacement intervals. IIRC, 55k mi for the supercharger belt and 85k for the serpentine (acc) belt. I replaced my tensioners and rollers when I did the serpentine belt as preventative maintenance instead of waiting for them to start failing. If they're not making any noise and spin freely, you can certainly wait or replace them while in there.
