I have seen this topic on threads for pre 2020 q5 but not for 2020 q5. I followed the instructions: Bought Klima-cleaner. Removed the cabin filter. This is where I got stuck. I stick the plastic hose from the Klima-cleaner up into the filter opening, but I can not thread it over to the transmission hump. There appears to be a motor between the cabin filter and the transmission hump. I feel around with my fingers and it feels like motor fan. The openings in the fan are not big enough for me to thread the plastic hose thru and down to where it is supposed to go.

The above link is where I was getting my info on how to delete the smell. This link is not for 2020 Q5 and thus will not work.
Is anyone aware of a link or tutorial that will work for 2020 Q5?

Is the alternative way to using Klima-cleaner finding the condensation drain hose and spraying up into that?
