Recently, I bought this 2018 A4 Allroad. When I connect the MyAudi app to the car's MMI, I followed all the steps in the instructions, but why is there only the gallery in the app's welcome page? Additionally, I can't send destinations to the car; it said "Vehicle does not support locating." I'm pretty sure the Audi Connect CARE subscription is active, and the car does have 4G working. So... why can't I track my car's location and lock it remotely?
