Hello,
Just curious to know if anyone has photos of the underbody\undercarriage of an Audi Q5 hybrid or phev? Also does anyone know where I might find what the underbody of the hybrid looks like, I did find a few images on google and am looking for more. Is there a parts image that details what should be underneath? Thinking between the years of 2012 and current.
Can you post them if you have them please?
Thanks,
Alokin

Why do you think the underside of the B8 Q5 hybrid (HEV) or the B9 Q5 TFSIe (PHEV) is any different than the normal Q5? In the US, the years for an EV'd Q5 is specific. MY13-MY16 for the B8.5 Q5 hybrid (HEV). MY20 for the B9.0 Q5 TFSIe (PHEV) and MY21-MY24 for the B9.5 Q5 TFSIe (PHEV). The most significant difference between the B9.0 Q5 and B9.5 Q5 is the infotainment system. B9.0 has MIB2 with the traditional Audi MMI controls; B9.5 has MIB3 with the touchscreen. The B9 Q5 is the "Mk2 Q5", so that's going to be discussed in the other Q5 forum.

Thanks for the reply and for the info...much appreciated. As you know, I am looking for images of the hybrid and or phev underbody. My understanding is that the differences primarily stem from the additional components required for the hybrid system, such as the electric motor, battery pack, and associated wiring and cooling systems. Guessing the differences between the two would be minor for sure, so if you do have any photos feel free to upload to the thread.
What are you actually looking for, what do you want to see?
Do you think someone took off the protection and took pictures. Why would anyone do that?

Thanks. Looking for photos that anyone might have of an actual underbody from an Audi Q5 hybrid or phev. I recently found an image but want to confirm it is in fact a hybrid or phev.

That's from 2008, well before the Q5 hybrid. If you want to see what's different about the B8 Q5 hybrid, you can read the SSP for it. Google search Audi SSP 489. But do not relate the B8 Q5 hybrid and the B9 Q5 TFSIe; they are not the same vehicle.
