Strange un-openable door...
I posted the problem earlier, but have more information/observations...
Even though the "plunger" on the door is in the up position the door is still locked (can't open from the outside or inside)I tried pushing in on the door from the outside and hear a very slight "click" in the handle area...The door then opened.
Here's how I reproduced the problem: I try to open the door from the inside,while it's locked, by pulling the inside door latch twice (once to move the "plunger" up and the second to open the door), the "plunger" moves up on the first pull, but the door will not open on the second. If I pull in hard on the handle(again I hear a slight "click")the door then will open.
Seems VERY unsafe to me... any thoughts?
