Looking for suggestions for sidemarker ease of removal...

Bought clear sidemarkers and see how they are "spring-loaded" on the front side - however they are difficult to remove. Is there a trick? The owners manual mentions nothing on these. I don't want to break anything. Any help appreciated.98.5 A4QMS2.8 Avant

Here is what I did...

I used a small flat blade screwdriver to pop out the rearward side of the lens. Putting a towel between the fender and the screwdriver, then using the screwdriver to push forward and pry out. The lense popped right out. Pry from the rear.

Super easy, use your fingers, pull from the back and it pops right out

From front here (sounds like some are different?)...

I found them very easy to pop out from the front. Like below, I use a credit card that I slid from the front, pushing back on the tab. Then they just pulled out from the front.Tom 1.8TQMS Silver/Ecru
