604 people... which dealer is best for service? Richmond? Clarkdale? or Capilano?? TIA

I deal with Richmond. They have given me exceptionally good service to date. IMHO but I think Clarkdale is just too crowded.

I go to both Richmond and Capilano. I prefer Richmond, but I live on the North Shore.
I would say that Richmond is the best just because it is a dedicated Audi dealership. Capilano is alright although I have never been really impressed by there service or attitude.

have you guys ever gotten a loaner car?? and how??
ive gotton my first service... no loaner.. no vacuum.. no wash @ richmond... =(
got a appt for service#2 next week.. again no loaner .... hopefully they'll detail my car this time!! goin to richmond again

ask for a loaner when you make the appointment. ...
I always get one because I feel that I deserve it for paying all that money to Audi to drive my car. It is free so you might as well get one. I figure next time I will ask for a S4 instead of the A4 I usually get. Also, if they are not able to wash and vacumm it then ask for a coupon for you to come back at another time to get it done. I have a number of coupons from Capilano for this service.
