Okay my door handle broke last night... I

just pulled into the driveway from a long hard day at work (yeah right) pulled on the door handle, heard a small crack like plastic breaking. And now the door handle does not go all the way back.

Very strange, it still goes back, but it is not as tight as it was before. I did not pull hard at all.

So now I gotta go in for an Air bag light, door handle, and oil change. I hope that damn service light comes on soon.

I hope they don't try to avoid fixing the door handle because my windows are tinted "the weight of the tint caused the door to be at a weird angle causing stress on a small peice of plastic..yadda yadda yadda" Ok, enough of the sarcasim.

But has anyone else run into this. I hope its an easy fix.

AND why is the service interval higher for the 2.8 I think its every 10k while the 1.8 is every 7500k. Is that right??

Should I just call me dealer for my regular maintence now even though the indicator has not gone off yet??

Didn't you post this already yesterday? :P

I think you should schedule an appointment now, if I recall correctly you are in the Boston area right? and I know it takes at least a month+ to schedule an appointment. So why dont you just call now to see what they gotta say?
