Shall I go to a body shop recommended by insurance?
My wife had a little fender bender with our baby, and we need to get it taken take of. We have the Progressive insurance, and the agent was kinda pushy and tried to make us go to a shop on their list citing ease of dealing with and lifetime guarantee, etc. Her pushy attitude made me kinda uncomfortable.
Is it safe to go to a body shop that is recommended by an insurance company? I am afraid such shop will be more concerned to meet insurance company's needs than mine.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
also, through my experiences... never take your car to a dealer owned shop... workmanship there is a joke.
BTW, I don't usually go to a dealer ever since I bought the car. I go to M&M Audi House in Campbell for any kind of service. They do a good job for a reasonable price.
GOOD LUCK..
