**For those with the ADS (Audi Driveline Stabilizer) Important install tips.**
(1) put two 7/16 washers between the large spacer and the body of the car on each side. Tighten it down.
(2) Equally space the two smaller spacers on each side with 3/8 washers to make up for the extra clearance you just created. Now install the bolts through the smaller spacers and washers, and tighten them.
(3) Now there will be a gap between the supplied trans mount and the ADS , were the single bolt goes through the center of the bar to the mount.
YOU MUST fill that gap with washers so that when you tighten the center bolt, it does not pull the transmission down. Oherwise, no matter how much you lower the ADS, when you tighten the bolt, it will pull the trans down to where it was before, which will have accomplished nothing except misalignment and vibration.
In other words, the transmission must remain relaxed (not pushed up or pulled down when you are done tightening everthing down.
Every car is a little different, so you need to use common sense with this adjustment. Remember, the transmission must be relaxed.
(4) Torque everything down and enjoy!
