The dealer will say "It's normal" almost 100% of the time.

Started at 2,200 miles when cold, now does it all the time

Dealer wanted to hear the car, but I have not taken it in. However, since I have upgraded with a performance chip. The noise still exist in second gear with partial throttle, however when pushed the sound goes away. I think it is an engine accelleration and exhaust temperature issue, that has no ill effect on the equipment.

Yes, performing presure test, if no leaks detected will replace both turbos
