siren on accel. whistle on decel.Whats up with that?

The turbos will whistle when spooling - that is normal - the siren sound is the big mystery (m)
Some people develop it, some don't, those with blown turbos have often said the siren was a precursor.
Mine started on cold starts at 2,300 miles and would disappear when the engine was at operating temps. Now it is staying during operating temps.
I very new to turbos, but my fear is it is the bearings or something in the turbo.
Bottom line: you must let the oil temp go to 160-175 before you punch the throttle and you must let the car idle for 2-5 minutes after long drives or spirited driving. The turbos continue to spin after the engine falls to idle, so oil must continue to flow and the turbos need to cool down - don't turn off immediately. This is in the owners manual, but not explained or well known by the dealers in my experience.

Ive been preety careful withit (9000 mi) I was hoping that treating it right and some good karma that i wouldnt have the problems that have Ive read about. Im afraid it may need more than that. Thanks

IT had the siren at my first check but other than change the oil (which i bought) I dont think the service dept knows alot. My problem is Im about a 2hr drive from 3 different dealers and i know that none of them know enough to come out of the rain. very discouraging..
