I'd like to send a big *@#$ you out to The Collection in Miami...

Well, after they took 3 weeks to replace my turbos (lying about it the whole time), they neglected to hook up a few hoses, the IC inlets were hanging loose, and the engine covers were cracked and missing screws. They grudgingly replace the engine covers and plug the engine back together right the next time. Now the engine is making bad noises when cold again, and a friend says it sounds like the belt tensioner spring is going. I bring it back in, tell 'em what's going on, and they again take the car. I get it back the same day so disgusted with them, because they decided not to even look at the engine. The service manager drove the car, and thought it sounded fine, and he didn't want to waste his techs time. Then the guy has the gall to tell me they don't have any audi loaners at all. Their sales department told me the very same day that they did, and I know people who have gotten A6s from them. No shame in these people.

I'm never going back to that place, it's like pulling teeth and trying to dress a retarted cousin every time I go there. They don't know an S4 from a yugo, they lie like it's going out of style, and don't seem to realize that fixing cars is what they're there for.

I guess I have to go to Prestige now and hope for the best. What a mess!

Oh don't get me started!

After the last hassle with these guys, as soon as audi called, I was like let me save you some time...put the lowest scores possible on everything, and in the notes put that the customer was in the middle of preparations for sepuku because of it when they called. The lady laughed, but I was like no seriously, if I could legally challange my service manager to a pistol duel I would.
