What are everyones shift points in the rev range for each gear?

Depends, but for normal driving I shift between 3-4K RPM.
I use 1st gear only to get started and shift into second pretty quickly, then second gear from slow rolling through 20-30 mph (depending on situation), 3rd gear I usually run from 30-40mph, 4th from 40-50mph, 5th from 50-60mph, and 6th gear for >60mph. That is, unless you're trying to romp on someone, then you can pretty much run the RPMS almost to redline.
