has anyone had trouble setting stasis tracksport rear ride height?
i had the kit (stasis tracksport) installed professionally on a b5 s4. i get the car back with a rear ride height set at 26.5". it does not go lower.
1) i contacted josh@achtuning (that's where it was purchased from). he figured the springs were not seated correctly. he suggested to jackup the car & rotate the springs until they click. attempted. no click. i don't see how they could <i>not</i> sit rite.
2) checked whether front & springs were mismatched. not so. shorter springs in the rear, longer in the front.
3) called stasis. i was told the lower perch can be unscrewed lower than visually possible. well, i checked: it is turned until no more turning is possible. it's sitting at the end of its thread.
so, i took some pix for jason @ stasis and haven't heard back in days. let's give it a try here.
the upper perch adapter was installed with the new stasis upper rubber isolator.
