IT"S IN.....................!!!!!!!!!
MY 2.7 is finally in. I went to the dealership to check it out yesterday. Still had all the plastic wrap. Its white/onyx, 6 speed, cold weather, Bose , Zenon, convenience, Zenon, Psk sport package. It looks killer. Definately sits lower than the old sport package which makes those lame wheels look more tolerable to me. There's already another customer that wants it so if I chicken out on it it will be no problem. I'm questioning wether I can REALLY justify spending that much on a car. Am I having pre-purchase jitters? BAD10

What can you get that gives you the same combination of quality, performance, comfort, style and reliability? You are having pre-purchase jitters. You will be very happy with the car.

I purchased a 2.7T just ten days ago. A friend of mine ordered this car (cash. gray, 6spd. manual, warm weather, cold weather, Bose, etc. everything you could get) and he backed out of the deal and I ended up taking it from the dealer on a great buy. However, I also had the same jitters you are having. But the jitters go away every time I hit the accelerator. Believe me-those jitters are going to turn into goosebumps!

I picked up my PSK last Tuesday night and I can't even begin to tell you how outstanding this car is. A bunch of little nits, but a great car! One of these days Ill get around to putting up a review of the first week.

I feel the same but it's only money...
My father who bought an Acura a year ago told me that after a while a car is just a car - so maybe you're right. You can save $12k by buying a Passat 4-Motion with the biggest difference being it's just not that fast. I have a 2.7T on order and my wife is trying to persuade me to change my mind with logical thinking like the latter.
