Noise problems with 4.2 A6

I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem similar to the one that I am experiencing. When accelerating and usually when turning right at the same time I get a terrible vibration that seems to come from around the engine. This usually happens if I am traveling at about 40-45 mph and then try to accelerate quickly. I also seem to hear a similar ticking noise at very low speeds, espically when turning right. Please advise, as the dealer has not been able to come up with anything yet. Thanks.

Wow, if I didn't know the car was basically new,
the tick durning a turn almost certainly indicates a CV joint failure.

Fixed today. New exhaust.

Im getting the same type of problem when turning & accelerating at the same time. The garage car is in, cannot locate where this faint clicking noise is coming from ! Did your dealership give you an explanation as to why the exhaust could do this.
