Went with the SP9000s - was very happy with the 8000s. Very few choices in 205/50/16

April, that's the same size as my Prelude....
Very few choices. In a few months I want to replace the crappy stock Bridgstone Potenza RE92's that came on my Lude. Of course, my '01 4.2 should have the SP9000's. (Maybe the Pirelli's) I'd prefer the SP9000's. Good choice.

When replacing tires on my '97 Prelude SH, I went with the Michelin Pilots due to price and reputation. What I found was better dry handling, but wet was still not confidence-inspiring (poor wet handling was one major reason I wanted to get away from the OEMs). Also, Pilots gave off more road noise than I would have liked, given that the Prelude is not what you'd call a quiet ride on the highway.
