5,000 mile service report...
Saturday was the 2.7T's 6-month birthday and it's first 5,000 mile service (nice coincidence, eh!). Besides the scheduled LOF, had a scraping sound corrected in the steering wheel and also had the rear brake rotors replaced (the fronts went after 2,000 miles). I think I noticed that the radio head unit display blinked several times on Friday night, so they've also ordered a new unit. The car's continuing to be a great treat to drive.
While at the dealer, (Storms in Southampton, Long Island) spotted a non-sport 2.7T on the showroom floor with the 17-inch Audi cross-hatch alloy wheels on Bridgestone Potenzas. Sticker had it as a stand alone factory option @ $750. These where not the 17-inchers I've seen that come with the PST package. Looked sweet. Also lots of Porshes being flatbedded in with dead batteries---The Summer Folk are returning to their vacation homes ;-)
