Help! I may need to remove Driver's seat...
Has anyone done this? How involved is it?
As for why, I dropped my wedding ring down between the center console and the seat, and it is nowhere to be found (It's not what you think; I take it off to play softball). I am very familiar now with the under-workings of the seat, by the way. I believe that the only place it could have gone is into the metal slot on the side of the center console in which the seat glides back and forth. From there, I think it got behind/underneath the carpeting, but I can't poke around in there much with the seat in the way.
Any advice is appreciated!
PS It's a 2000 2.7T.
