Wheel Offsets

OK, All you clever guys out there. Does anyone know if there is more than one wheel offset on the 16" Sport Alloys (5 Spoke) fitted to 98Q models. That is, on the 98Q it is 45mm (ET45)offset. Is the same STYLE wheel also provided with a 35mm offset (perhaps for an A4 [sorry about bad language]). I would appreciate some help on this as I am trying to buy seconhand to replace a couple of badly kerbed wheels (not me b4 you get on my case!) and I don't want to purchase the wrong type.

From my own experience looking for replacement 5-spoke wheels I could only find ET45s in a real Audi wheel. There are non-Audi replica wheels that have an ET35. My advice is to take the wheel off and look at the markings. I have found that all of my Audi wheels are clearly marked with the offset. It is also very easy to measure the offset with the wheel off. I am considering selling the replica ET35s if you are interested.

Hi A-Dad,

Thanks for the info, it was my conclusin also that AUDI only offered ET45's as a genuine part. This is what I am looking for so thanks for your offer but they would not suit my requirements.
