Default I changed my plugs last night and there was oil on the threads of #5 plug...

should I be concerned about this? I've just never seen that on other cars when I've replaced the plugs. I have the 2.8 engine. The dealer just did some extensive work a month or two ago (replace timing belt and tensioners, cam shaft adjusters and seals, etc.) so is there a chance that has something to do with it? Thanks for any advice or observations

I think I know where that $500 may be going! (And maybe 500 of its friends.)

Default does your car uses up oil?

If it does not, the oil on the plug can be oil, you have spilled, when you changed it.

Default I'm assuming by lack of response that this is not a problem or that everyone had this problem and...

is sitting at their computer snickering at my poor uninformed soul. Either way I guess all I can do it sit back and cross my fingers that 100K comes slowly (not likely at the pace I've been going, 20K since september)
