XM Radio Installation
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/5511/xm_radio.3.jpg"></center><p>I installed the Pioneer XM tuner in my A6 as shown. I removed the coin tray and put the control unit in its place. I used the Blitzsafe adapter to connect the unit to the CD changer port and mounted it where the changer would go. (I obviously didn't have the changer). It works great and I love the variety and (almost) lack of commercials!

That and XM40 Deep Tracks are my favs.
Good choice on the Pioneer, I have my control unit in my ashtray. You'll love XM, it's totally unlike regular radio.

Got the Blitzsafe from logjamelectronics.com..
Although I think I paid too much ($100). I think someone said they got it direct from Blitzsafe for less. Cable runs were no particular problem, although the run from the display to the under-dash area was tight - I couldn't get the connector through so I cut it off and spliced it back on. The cable from the footwell back to the trunk easily fit under the doorsill. Dlow- thanks for the inspiration; I probably saw your picture and decided to emulate it.
