how to replace cupholder?
got new one and it looks like it just pulls out...doesn't appear to want to come out. It's the one on the console below the mirror adjuster. 2000 4.2A6Q.
I guess I could have the dealer do it, but spendy...and my Audi CD is at work (Mac at home, and the CD prob won't have it anyway!)

Look at the replacement in your hand and you will see two small tabs that lock into place when you push the assembly down into the receiving "hole".
Find those tabs on the one in the console, and push and lift. It should come right out.
