Replaced ECU, car runs now (slow)
Thanks all for your suggestions and comments.
After checking the wiring, it was determined the ECU was the culprit. More than likely it is the APR chip. I found a replacement K box where both the Audi and the Bosch numbers matched. Only one problem, it ain't chipped. What a difference the APR 93 makes. Spoke with APR today and I am gonna ship the ECU off to them. I was told they will repair/replace the chip and return my newly-chipped ECU. So far it sounds like great customer service. If that happens, I will always have a spare ECU, just in case.
