Navigation System Upgrade
Currenlty have 2001 A6 4.2 w/ Bose radio. Would like to add a navigation system.
What units will fit my vehicle?
Satellite or Disc?
Cost of unit?
Is it DYI and how much time?

for CD-based OEM: Expect to spend $800-$1000 for a full list of items.
for DVD-based OEM: Expect to spend $1500+

If you want OEM and have the Symphony II with 6 CD changer...
then the RNS-E is one option, costs between $1500 and $4000.
