Window stuck open

Window stuck open
Hello all,
this morinig while driving to work I noticed that my front passenger window was down (I do not remember opening it all the way) When I tried to close it, ti as stuck. I tried a number of time, and even tried restarting the car, and check the central window locks. Could this be electrica (fuse?) or mechanical (window guide?) Please help. TIA

Window Guide
I had the same problem with my A6. Their are two plastic clips (guides) that attach to the bottom of the glass. Audi will not sell these clips separately from the regulator ($150) ECStuning.com sells revised stronger clips for $5 a piece.
I replaced my clips and glass (I shattered the glass trying to get the window back up in the rain) in less than 1 hour.
