Is it ok to drive for a while with terrible alignment?

I just did the Tie Rod Ends, and the clunk is still there. Going to move onto the lower front.

Anyone have some lower front control arms they wanna sell me cheap?

You'll wear out the tires pretty fast and it won't be very safe, but yes, it can be driven

When the car is up in the air and you apply pressure to the wheel or steering knuckle

is there any play? I would try grabbing the top and bottom of the tire and see if anyhting moves. I had a bad inner tie rod and it clunked pretty good.
