last question.. is there easy way to replace side mirror switch?
I already check a lot of forum,
The boston driver adviced to pull it out by pulling it through the cup holders, and i tried it.. but it is not easy for me.. my finger stuck and very painful.. also i could not pull strong, so i did not come out.
Also, i tried to use flat driver, but it semms like to break the panel. Anybody know how to do this job? I'm looking forward your knowledgeable information..
Thanks for all of your help..
BTW, if you order a new switch from the dealer you'll likely get one that controls power-folding mirrors. Don't worry, it'll control your non-power-folding mirrrors (but won't fold them--upgraded internals required for that feature).
Someone on this forum posted a DIY 3 or so weeks ago, and it didn't sound like too tough a job. You need to replace at least the guts of the mirror housing, maybe the entire thing. Check Shokan for used parts.

EDIT: here's the post (so it was longer than 3 weeks ago)
