Ok some members here have helped me out with the pricing of my A6. Thank you all for your input...
I felt the prices you were giving me were a little too low. I have checked some websites and cam up with the following:

Also take into account my car has an aftermarket warranty that is good until May 09" and is transferable to the new owner. The other source I used to check the pricing of my car was NADA...

Thanks for the positive outlook. I may have to wait until the spring when the loan is less...
and I can take less for the car. Unless like you said the right buyer comes along and is willing to pay what I am asking.
