Dismantle inner door panel?

Dismantle inner door panel?
I've got some noise coming out of one of the doors on my A8-00.
I've found the screws behind the wooden decor and on the sides but there are more, probably something behind the handle that I can't figure out how to get to....
Any advice is appreciated.....

As I recall, he said that the Bently wasn't correct with all of the fittings, there were more.
