Warranty expiring- Need service hit-list for dealer

Well the factory 4yr/50k warranty expires in about a month. Its an 01 with 38K on it. While I will still have 2 years of Cert left, the end of the free maint. and adjustments is coming to an end. So far, I've only had minor issues/repairs and everything is up to date.

I've already made an appointment to get the 40k service done and have already ask about trans fluid change, but they said NO, not required. Surprise!

Any areas that I need to be a hard *** about getting the dealer to fix/adjust/replace??

Make sure you pay for a tranny fluid/flush

Or you might have to have them replace it down the road.....which is worse? A $50 deductable down the road and the car out of service for a while plus the frustration of getting them to do the change out for you....

Or paying about $300 now and having a smooth running tranny that will be good for you and the next owner?
