What the H@!! ???

OK, OK, it's taken me 500 miles to notice, but.... where the h@!! are the guages????I just realized that all we have is a tach, temp and gas guage. Where's the boost guage, oil temp and/or pressure, etc., etc.I think I had more information on my '57 Buick!!!!This is extremely sub-par for a $35K+++ SPORTS CAR... how did this happen?

Gauges

You know, there is a company called Autometer that can provide you with any type of gauge you're looking for. I'm just not to sure if they would look too good in your interior. How about a five inch tach with a big yellow external shift light like the one in my Mustang sitting over the two center vents? Just a little joke. This car was built for simplicity. If someone wants to have "pretty lights" to look at, they need to buy something like the Honda s2000 that has huge LED displays all over it. As far as the oil pressure display, when you need it, it will be there...hopefully you won't need it! Most guages on the TT are the ones you don't want to see, and they are hidden in your LED display until that fateful day when they are needed. Sub-par? That's like telling me that you'd kick Rebecca Romjin out of bed because she didn't have her makeup on.

The gauge I would like to see, when I finally get my TT, is a gawkometer, indicating the number of people currently drooling over my car in the vicinity.signed,shallow in Jersey

Oil temp gauges are actually pretty nice. It reminds you not to stick you foot in it until the oil temp starts to climb. My M5 has one and the water temp is at normal long before the oil temperature starts to climb. It is good practice to keep it below 4000 for at least 15 minutes--even if your water temperature is up.
