Can you even get aTTQ at MSRP?? I just checked ...
CarsDirect.com, and they listed a 2001 TTQ (180HP) at over $3K of MSRP, the 2001 TTQ (225HP) was going for over $6K of MSRP - both were for the Southern Calif. market, not sure if that makes a huge difference. In any event, I was quite shocked because I got my '00 TTQ (180HP) from CarsDirect.com in Dec. of '99, and paid MSRP!
I've also heard from various individuals that the coupe and roadsters are being jacked up between 6-10K above MSRP from some dealers!
These cars are hoTT!!!!

I also got my 180FWD for MSRP with tinting and some other trinkets tossed in for good measure. But I was at Newport Beach Imports Saturday for my 5k service and was talking to my salesman and he informed me that their allocation for any TT has been 0-1 per month since December. Though Newport sells for MSRP, their waitlist is over a year long at this rate.

Yes, U can find TTs at MSRP.
You just have to look/call/email around. From what I've read here over the past few months, it might be best to look out of state if you can't find one at MSRP in CA.
Carsdirect shocked me as well. U can do much better elsewhere.

Yes, it depends on your dealer
I doubt you will see MSRP from any car broker. Some dealers have an MSRP for the TT like my dealer, Scottsdale Audi. They are adding some options like Wheel and Tire package plus LoJack for cars that are ordered by customers. Put my deposit in last July.<p>Nitt
