Car cover help--quick!! LarryTT and/or anyone else-
I have noticed one thing that is disturbing me about the cover though. In a few spots the underside material is beginning to peel off. I am going to bring it back to a dealer and see if they will replace it.
You can get the factory cover either from a dealer or from Clair Parts. I think Clair is $25 cheaper.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3285"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/ttsig.jpg" BORDER=0 alt="Click for Mods"></a>

They were about $200 a pop, but I've had nothing but good luck with them. It is so good, that my 944 actually seems to come out of the cover cleaner than when it went under (illusion I assume!). At any rate, I checked, and the 911 cover should fit on the TT, judging by measurements (if you get the cover for a 911 with a tail, there's two different covers for 911's). I plan on just picking up another one of those. Keeps the car clean, real heavy duty, comes with a bag, and its waterproof (*really* is too! No water gets through, even after a good hard rain).
And no, I am not affiliated with Perf. Prods. I just find their equipment very high quality (albeit sometimes quite expensive), but you get what you pay for IMHO. That's why I don't get engine stuff from tweeks (tweeks.com).
