Anyone had clutch problems after using ATE brake fluid?
With S4/A4's, lots of folks have had problems with clutch squeaking if they install ATE Super Blue fluid. I put some in my S4 last summer for a track event, but changed it out to Motul 600 when the clutch started squeaking after a few weeks.
I've got a friend with a TT who's taking it to the VIR Quattro Club event in a couple weeks, and we want to put some hi-temp brake fluid in before the event. I've still got a liter of ATE Gold (same spec as Super Blue except for the color), which I don't want to use in my car because of the previous problems. I'm wondering if it's safe for a TT, however. An archive search shows lots of TT owners seem to be using Super Blue, and I couldn't find any negative reports for ATE in TT's.
