Some guy in a 911 hit a lightpole at 157 mph.
He and 2 pax died, one girl survived, who confirmed the speed of the car. She also said that she pleaded with the driver, a former Formula 2000 driver, to slow down, right before the impact. They were coming back from a bar at 2 amand an empty alcohol bottle was found in the car, or what was left of it. This happened on the Laurentian Autoroute, just north of Montreal, Quebec. Another painful lesson of drinking and driving.
