I think I did a bad thing today.....
While on my way into work this morning I was merging onto the freeway, saw a hole in the traffic, shot ahead for it, but I'm pretty sure I redlined and think the engine started to miss a bit.
I think (hope) the TT has a rev limiter on it, and that is what I was hearing.
The question is, could I have done serious damage or, so long as this is not a regular occurance, I'm ok.
