Who has the answers??
Item 1. It seems the "cover" on my door handle (where the key is inserted) is now loose (pops out of position)...Is there some type of internal mechanism that could have been damaged when they removed the door handle from the door? (Similar to the window up down tab that was broken??)

Item 2. To repair the scratch in the plastic surrounding the mirror adjustment ****, will it be necessary for them to replace the whole mechanism..or can the plastic piece simply be replaced...
