Default TT Roadster may be in my future.. have questions...

I've been trying out roadsters and was VERY impressed by the TT. I have a '99 Z3 2.3 that I'll be turning in or trading in a few months. So far I've tried out the new MRoadster w/315 hp. Great handling car but still as cramped as mine. The S2000 was something I could not live with.Great handler but the engine too noisy and required too much work to get it to go. Don't even care to look at a SLK. My last three cars have been BMWs.
The TT's comfort, handling, and quality was most impressive. A few ?s:
1. The main thing that drew me to the Z3 was the enthusiastic owners group, now the Z3CCA. Does Audi have active clubs? (I just returned from Z3 Homecoming 2001 and thouroughly enjoyed the comradery.)
2. I was able to get a decent discount on my Z3 when I bought it in '99. What's possible with a TT Roadster?
3. Best dealer in the Dallas area??

I've had 2 Audi's in my past: a new 5000T in 1981 and a used 1990 100LS. We presently have a new 2001.5 VW Passat 1.8T.

Default Coupe owner here, but if you're looking for camaraderie, you've come to the right place.

Get your TTR soon and join us at TT-West. The link below is to the upcoming event.

And this link is to a great event we had a few months ago.

Also, a friend of mine just bought a Raven/Baseball Optic 225 2001 Roadster in CT and received $2,500 off MSRP.

http://www.tt-west.com/</a

don't be too sure about the quality being "most impressive". I'd do a little more research on this forum if I were you before plunking down 40 large on a car the mfr can't (or won't) even figure out a simple diverter valve problem

Way more room than the BMW and better quality (IMHO). Had my TTR for a year and a half and never had to take it to the dealer.

Traded in an SLK230 when I bought the TT, and I'd still have the TT if an SLK32 AMG didn't fall in my lap, so to speak. Couldn't resist the SLK's 350HP and 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, as well as the variotop and all of the other AMG upgrades.
