Just got the word from C.H.Audi. 20K done but the window adjustment is "cumbersome"....

Just got the word from C.H.Audi. 20K done but the window adjustment is "cumbersome"....
and will require another day. As long as it's done correctly, I really don't mind. I know at least a couple others have had this adjustment done. How long did it take?

It took me three visits to get mine adjusted correctly - first visit they said they couldn't
replicate the problem because it occured at speeds above the legal speed limit! Second time they didn't do anything. Third time with the Service Manager right next to me - it got corrected that day.
