Tire rack, great customer satisfaction. Please read....
Ipurchased 4 new pilot sport tires and received them in less than 24 hours, which was a pleasant surprise 
Less than 100 miles, had a blow out. Hit a pot hole, love those low pros! Called tire rack to check on a road hazard warranty, none right (which I already new). The customer service rep pulled up my ticket and looked at the date, which matched my comment about less than 100 miles. They then sent me a new tire at half price, received it in less than 24 hours. The rep also said that if the tire shop looked at the tire and decided it was a defect, they could call them back and they would refund my half price cost. Well it wasn't a defect, but it's the thought that counts. Customer satisfaction - few and far between these days!!!!!!
